Steps to make banana cheesecake
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease a frying pan with butter (I used a springform pan).
- Place all ingredients in a blender except cream cheese and banana. Then gradually add the grated cream cheese.

- Once the cream cheese is blended, gradually add the banana.
- When everything is mixed, pour the dough into a mold, lower the mold onto a flat surface, to such a height that air bubbles open, get rid of excess gas and put in the oven.
- Bake at 170°C for 40-50 minutes. Adjust the cooking time depending on your oven.
- After baking, let the cake cool on a wire rack without removing it from the mold (the puff pastry will gradually shrink). When cool, put in the refrigerator.
- Immediately after cooking, it becomes fluffy, and after resting in the refrigerator, it becomes thick and soft. Serve cake as desired. In the photo above, I finally sprinkled with cocoa powder.
