- 1 tablespoon pancake syrup (or honey)
- 5 grams of baking powder
- 80 ml of milk
- 1 few drops of vanilla extract
Steps to prepare pancakes
- Place eggs, salt and powdered sugar in a bowl and mix well. Then add butter and pancake syrup and stir.

- Heat the pan on low heat. Add 40 ml of milk to the bowl and stir, then add the flour and baking powder and stir until the mixture is no longer flour.

- Add the rest of the milk and mix well. Then add the vanilla extract.

- Pour half of the batter into a preheated pan and cook for 6 minutes on a slightly higher heat.

- When the top rises, turn it over, cover and cook for 2 minutes.

- Add butter and pancake syrup (not listed) and you're done.
