This means that at any point in your cooking cycle, someone is likely to cook worse or better than you. Take it seriously, because even the best chefs have bad days. There are many people who cook based on different factors. Some people cook to eat and live, while others cook because they love the cooking process. Some cook during emotional shock, and many cook out of sheer boredom. No matter your reason for cooking or your understanding of cooking, you need to start with the basics.
Many believe that eating healthy foods costs more than cooking packaged foods loaded with additives and calories. Ingredients and spices needed to make bread with a little yeast:
- 110g bread flour (strong)
- 50 grams of cake flour
- 20 grams of whole wheat flour
- 40 grams of butter
- 90 grams of yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 20 grams of walnuts
- 50 grams of raisins
Steps for making bread with a little yeast
- Cut the butter into small cubes of 1 mm in diameter (to mix easily with the flour). It's hard to see, but it's cropped in the photo.

- Mix yeast and yogurt.

- Put all the sugar in a bowl and mix it with maple syrup and butter. Once completely mixed, add step 2 and mix until small balls form.

- Combine nuts and raisins and mix everything together with your hands.

- Using a rolling pin, roll it out to about 1.5cm thick. It is divided into 3 parts.

- Group the three pieces together to create a layer and press lightly with your hand to blend them.

- Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge overnight. Keeps in the fridge for about a week.

- This photo shows the dough after it has been stored in the fridge for 3 days. Take the dough out of the fridge about 2-3 hours before baking to allow it to complete the second cycle. It will be about 1.5 times its original size.

- Cut into desired shapes and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

- The center is thin and airy like a bun, and the outside is crisp and crunchy.

- It's hard to tell from the photo, but the dough has layers.

You'll also find that as you gain experience and confidence, you'll improvise a lot and adapt recipes to suit your personal preferences.
